- The Management of AfriHUB- GDLI invites applications for the position of Lecturer for its MBA Trans-National Education program.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
- Lecturing courses at the graduate level
- Supervising MBA thesis
- Planning and development of academic learning materials
- Counselling and advising students on academic needs
- Interviewing potential students for admission
- Providing academic support to students and colleagues
- Collaborating with other academics and colleagues to improve teaching methods and expand the knowledge base
Minimum Qualification
- Candidates should possess a PhD or equivalent qualification
- Expertise and mastery of the academic discipline.
- 3 years experience with lecturing at a graduate level
- Ability to supervise and review research and case studies.
- Minimum of 3 years of international academic program experience.
- Research and publication are a big plus
Required:
- Candidates should possess a PhD or equivalent qualification
- 3 year’s experience with academic lecturing at the graduate level
- 3 year’s experience with academic thesis supervision at the graduate level
- IT and Computer skills
- Academic publications
- Academic counselling skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent presentation, organizational, writing and interpersonal skills
- Lesson planning, preparation and research, including creating teaching materials
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Leadership skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of academic institutions' best practices and standards
