Job Responsibilities:

• Resolving support requests and providing support through various ways to outsourced clients.


• Candidate will also be tasked with diagnosing & solving both hardware and software incidents.


• Escalating incidents where necessary, and configuring new IT equipment and system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Must live in Abuja


• Must have 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint & MS Teams)


• Experience with Active Directory and knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Working Knowledge of MAC OS


• Working knowledge of Mobile Phones and Mobile Connectivity with iOS and Android


• Networking devices including Routers, Firewalls, WAPs, and Switches


• Must be ITIL aware and to follow relevant policies and procedures.


• Possess great written and verbal communication skills, great customer services skills.


• Knowledge of Web skills is a plus but not essential.
