Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.


• Respond to customers' inquiries promptly


• Communicate with customers through various channels


• Have knowledge of the product so that you can provide suitable answers to questions asked by the customers


• Ensure customer satisfaction


• Process orders, forms, requests and complaints

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / BSc qualification


• 1-2 years experience working as a travel agency customer service representative


• Must have visa processing experience/ knowledge


• Must live on the Island, V.I environs or in close proximity


• Must be willing to wear a uniform.


• Ready to resume immediately.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly.
