Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake minor repairs


• Monitor contractors doing work in the school


• Check the state of all facilities on a daily basis.


• Take periodic inventory of school properties


• Write reports on maintenance activities


• Ensure compliance with all maintenance protocols among staff and students

Education and Work Experience

• Minimum of an HND in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or related courses


• A minimum of 4 years work experience.

Skills and Competences:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision


• Ability to work in a team


• Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance

Key Performance Indicators:

• Level of complaint on minor repairs


• Percentage of spoilage and damages


• Timeliness of reporting damages


• Turnaround time on maintenance and repairs.
