Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake minor repairs
- Monitor contractors doing work in the school
- Check the state of all facilities on a daily basis.
- Take periodic inventory of school properties
- Write reports on maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with all maintenance protocols among staff and students
Education and Work Experience
- Minimum of an HND in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or related courses
- A minimum of 4 years work experience.
Skills and Competences:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance
Key Performance Indicators:
- Level of complaint on minor repairs
- Percentage of spoilage and damages
- Timeliness of reporting damages
- Turnaround time on maintenance and repairs.
