Job Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Keep accurate and timely records of stock balances (Materials and Spare parts)


• Book Keeping: Take records of daily material and spare parts consumption


• Identify discrepancies in SAP balance and physical counts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.


• Taking stock counts daily, weekly and monthly


• Reporting stock-outs, minimum stock levels to the Purchasing manager


• Keeps record of new purchases and receive items into store physically and on SAP software


• Reconciling with Purchasing Dept on new orders and payments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience
