Job Description

• A collection agents primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and Whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts.


• To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.


• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.


• Flexibility in handling computer (Computer literate).


• Excellent communication skills.
