We're currently looking for an Asst. Arable Manager who has a "hands-on" practical arable farm management and can also contribute to discussions regarding the continuing development of the farming enterprise.

Job Requirements:

• Degree level in an appropriate discipline.


• 3yrs+ experience in arable farm management.


• Numerate, budget, and IT literate.


• Experience in procurement would be an asset


• Articulate in presenting a farm business proposal.


• A self-starter and initiative taker.


• Excellent in dealing with colleagues and associates and also diplomatic with the local community.


• Ideally experienced in fodder maize cultivation.


• Ideally experienced in purchasing new equipment and machinery.


• Ideally experienced in operating knowledge in tractors, tillers, ploughers, harvesters, seeders, weeders, etc.

Location: Sagamu, Ogun State.
