Job Description




  • Create, own and operate all system to ensure operations runs smoothly 

  • Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices, contactor search and empanelment practices etc. to ensure decreasing costs, highest quality, inventory, logistics operations maintenance

  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risk

  • Prepare detailed project management and construction schedule for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects 

  • Supervise the construction managers to monitor construction progress, including workers’ productivity and compliance with safety code from conception to completion 

  • Meet contractual conditions of performance 

  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status 

  • Negotiate term of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses

  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones 

  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

  • Overseeing the installment of new equipment as well as repair to existing equipment 

  • Scheduling employees for work and ensure that they are trained on their shift 

  • Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure they are satisfied with the progress being made

  • Coordinate with architects, engineer, inspectors and other team members to ensure that project runs smoothly

  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)


Qualifications



  • BSc degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field 

  • Proven working experience in construction management 

  • Ability to see the “big picture”

  • Leadership and human resource management skills 

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Familiarity with construction management and software packages

  • Experience in planning and budgeting 

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
