JOB DESCRIPTION




  • Create and execute marketing strategies




  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs




  • Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies




  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels




  • Manage and oversee social media content generation, edit and publishing.




  • Work with graphics designer to ensure content is informative and appealing




  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization




  • Oversee the creation and implementation of truQ’s monthly social media calendar




  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics.




  • Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and truQ, and ensure a positive customer service experience through the social media platforms while developing leads




  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through all social media platforms.




  • Managing truQ’s online community to ensure appropriate engagement and increase in engagement




  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.




  • Develop messaging, events, and  strategies aimed at acquiring users and increasing our engagement with them.




Skill and Experience




  • Minimum of a B.sc degree with a minimum of a 2.2 graduating grade




  • Minimum of 2 years social media management experience .




  • Experience using multi-social posting programs such as HubSpot




  • Must be Data-driven




  • Strong communication skill (written & verbal)  skills




  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics




  • Exceptional creative writing skills




  • Strong analytical skills




  • Strong design skills




  • Strong project management skills




  • Strong ROI-tracking skills




  • Community management experience.




  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools e.g canva etc.
