• Verification of spare parts received from Headquarters


• Review opening and closing of job cards


• Observe the stock take of Motor vehicles and spare parts


• Review stock take report for Motor vehicles and spare parts


• Carry out reconciliation of Motor vehicles


• Verify receipts and lodgment


• Observe cash count


• Check imprest for reimbursement


• Spot –check of spare parts in store and compare with the records


• Verify motor vehicles released to customers or transferred to the branches


• Verify After sales technician Incentives


• Gate pass issued are reviewed


• I.O.U retirement by workshop/ Admin


• Check payment vouchers presented for reimbursement-payback, refund,petty cash


• Supervise and review operations of other eastern locations

Qualifications

• First Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field


• Sound and practical knowledge of Microsoft NAV and Excel


• Relevant professional certifications e.g. Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA),


• 2 - 3 years working experience
