Job Description



We are looking for a high performing Sales & Marketing professional to the Nigeria, to help to meet our customer acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets and keeping EMP competitive and innovative.


Duties & Responsibilities;



  • To build effective marketing campaigns and promote services that attracts customers and generate a growing revenue streams.

  • Analyze market trends to forecast service demands and target the right customer audience.

  • Be aware of the competitor activities as well as the strategies and timely provide inputs to the management.

  • Maximize market share, revenue and profitability by formulating market strategies and action plan.  

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

  • Continually assess current business channels and prospective business opportunities, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

  • Building & maintaining good working relationships with customers and build up a high profile customer network.


Prerequisites;



  • Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Sales & Marketing in a reputed Electrical Engineering company in Nigeria, out of which 5 years in the similar capacity.

  • Corporate membership of CIM or similar would be an added advantage.

  • Technical know-how/exposure in Electrical LV Panel Boards, Cable Management Systems, Industrial Automation, Lighting & Lighting Control and Turnkey Electrical projects.

  • Excellent command of English language and ability to speak multiple languages.

  • Good literacy in computer with working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Resident of Abuja or willing to relocate there.

  • Age below 40 years.


Initially, selected candidate will have to work on a virtual office environment, reporting to the CEO based in Sri Lanka. Periodical travel to Head Office in Sri Lanka for sales reviews and Business Development meetings is required. One (1) month extensive product awareness training will be given to the selected candidate in Sri Lanka.
