Ensure operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational systems, processes and best practices
Develop strategies for enhancing day-to-day operational efficiencies
Implement the formulation, execution and monitoring of the company’s business development penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.
Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Maintain relationships with partners/ vendors/ suppliers
Gather, analyze and interpret internal and external data and write reports
Ensure maintenance of company facilities, assets and equipment. Support logistics, procurement, transportation and inventory control.
Key Requirements
Degree in Business/ Finance or related field
Must reside within Lekki/ Ajah environs
Minimum of 3 years experience in same role (Construction sector is an advantage)
Proven success in facility management and logistics
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent creative and practical problem-solving abilities.
