Job Purpose:



  • Ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

  • To plan, direct and manage the performance of the company’s operations in accordance with the agreed business strategy.

  • Responsible for positioning the organisation within the top two service providers in any market it operates through exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction to drive business revenue growth and profitability


Duties and responsibilities


Essential duties/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:



  • Key Contributor to developing and responsible for executing company strategy.

  • Assume overall responsibility for developing plans for the organization.

  • Ownership of Business Transformation initiatives

  • Develop and implement a structure and controls for the organization.

  • Provide inspired leadership company-wide.

  • Accountable for business performance based on predefined market indicators and benchmarks

  • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values, and reputation in its markets and with all stakeholders.


Qualifications ·


Minimum Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, marketing, or any related social sciences discipline.

  • An MBA will be an advantage. ·


Working Experience: -



  • Minimum of 5 years in similar function, off grid energy and electricity utilities sector’s senior managerial role shall be an advantage


Knowledge, Skills & Attitude



  • Entrepreneurial, open to learning and continuous improvement.

  • Strong background including (as varied as much as possible in) operations, finance, sales, and marketing in a fast-paced environment.

  • High initiative, innovation, and creativity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good Interpersonal skills

  • Networking and Ability to interact at highest level.

  • Experience in customer relationship management
