Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives


• Create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports


• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities


• Plan and coordinate marketing and sales efforts to increase revenue


• Supervise and manage all operations, including staff, inventory, and equipment


• Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed


• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting


• Experience in the laundry and cleaning industry is preferred but not required


• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and other stakeholders
