Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform and improve our brand and marketing efforts.

  • Lead the creation of various marketing materials, including but not limited to product brochures, company newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as media outlets and social media influencers, to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and digital marketing techniques to bring the new opportunities and insights to the company.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand and marketing strategy role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and research to inform decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Strong understanding of branding and brand identity development.
