Job Description

• Are you an experienced Fleet Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization?


• As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles. This includes ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, safe to drive, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.


• You will also be responsible for managing the company's fleet budget, negotiating contracts with vendors, and implementing policies and procedures to optimize fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations


• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize fleet operations and reduce costs


• Manage the company's fleet budget and negotiate contracts with vendors


• Track and report on fleet performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement


• Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and potential issues


• Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that company objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a fleet of vehicles


• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to fleet operations


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
