Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced tractor operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining tractors and other farm equipment


• Preparing and maintaining fields for planting, harvesting, and other tasks


• Assisting with other farming tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience operating tractors in an arable farming setting


• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of tractor maintenance and repair


• Familiarity with various farming equipment and tools


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and efficiently


• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
