Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies and solutions that can improve business operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and escalations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is always current and effective.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2 - 3 years experience in IT support management, with a strong background in both hardware and software support.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
