Job Responsibilities
Communicating with customers through various channels and responding to their inquiries promptly.
Selling Jadens cerealson all designated digital marketing channels.
Answering inbound phone calls and messages, making outbound calls to existing and prospects,
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Taking customers’ orders and transferring product details to the Data Entry officer for generation of the sales invoices and subsequent follow-up.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
Following up with prospects on their needs and the benefits of feeding their babies with Jaden’s meals and notifying them of the various loyalty and reward programs they can benefit from.

Qualification
Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND qualification
