We are a front line Power Consulting & Training Services Company, with on-going capacity building intervention for the entire Power Value Chain, Generation: Transmission and Distribution.

The firm seeks to strengthen its Technical & Facilitation teams in identifying very experienced Power Professionals, with extensive experience in Programme Research, Training Programme design & facilitation, to meet all aspects of the training requirements of the Power Industry.

TRAINING MANAGER:

• He/she will have experience of upwards ten years in a power training or power consulting company.


• The ideal candidates will have very strong business development skills and good contacts at senior levels, across the entire power industry: Generation, Transmission & Distribution.


• He/she must be able to prepare training proposals, design Training Programmes for all levels of staff across the power value chain.


• Strong leadership and management skills are essential pre-requisites for this position.

POWER TRAINING CONSULTANTS:

• Ideal candidates for this position, will have similar competencies as described above as well as, the ability to research and design Power Training proposals & Programmes, across the power value chain, Generation, Transmission & Distribution.


• He/she should also be capable of facilitating power training programmes, impacting knowledge to course participants.


• Ideal candidates will have qualifications in Electrical/Power Engineering, with ideally some hands –on experience, working with the power training/consulting institution, assisted by any of the relevant qualifications of the National Power Transmission Institute (NAPTIN).
