JOB DUTIES/DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences.
- Attending meetings and keep minutes.
- Attending to Incoming/Outgoing mails, Clearing Updates, Agents Updates, Container Update, Forex, Invoices.
- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
QUALIFICATION /REQUIRMENTS
- HND/BSC/BA in Office Administration, Office tech or any related field
- 2-3 years experience with company that is into importation and must be very Internet Compliance
- Strong Communication skills
- Execellent Verbal and writing skill
