ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Executive Sales and Business Development Associates' performance.

  • You are to relate with potential candidates online and offline, screen, evaluate applications and hire qualified candidates.

  • Recommends, develops, implements, and coordinates policies and programs covering employment, benefits administration, wage and salary administration.

  • Ensures company equal opportunity policies and practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal labor laws. You are to work with Harmony Garden's management team to create an environment that strongly supports company real estate associates and encourages employees to grow and develop within our organization.

  • You are to create and publish jobs ads and also build and report hiring plans monthly and also network, partnering with professional groups and businesses on social media and during events.

  • Train and advise management and other managers regarding techniques and assessment method for best practices and professional sources to establish, implement, and maintain human resources policies and employee handbook.

  • Monitors established policies for unemployment insurance.

  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations (LASRRA, Wage and Hour and Training

  • Consults and coordinates with management on matters relating to employment, harassment, discipline, grievances, and terminations

  • Protects interest of employees and company by policies and government laws and regulations ensuring consistent, equal, and fair treatment

  • Identifies, evaluates, and resolves employee morale, work performance, and productivity concerns.

  • Supervises Sales Executive, Sales Associates, and Operation Managers


POSITION REQUIREMENTS



  • Real Estate Marketing and Operation experience is highly important .

  • Minimum 5 years previous Human Resources Generalist administration experience including 3-5 years in a management roles.

  • Experience with compensation management programs, benchmarking, and salary structure development

  • Knowledge/experience in hiring practices/procedures and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience in developing, implementing, and communicating Human Resource programs and policies

  • Outstanding human relation skills

  • Must possess a strong work ethic and professional commitment to our organization

  • Experience negotiating and administering benefits programs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)

  • Strong skills in executive coaching and leadership development are highly desired
