Job Description

• Over supervising of manufacturing processes in the Cream and Jelly section.


• Quantity check and control on RM used in batching process.


• Monitoring details of batching as per requested Bath formulation, rules, instructions and approved procedures


• The Ensure correctness of processing to meet requested quality parameters.


• Technically responsible for the NPD projects respects and apply all directions given by the manager.


• Ensure that all records and filling and SOP used are followed to instructions given by supervisor.


• Monitor the performance of manufacturing operators, safety, rules and sanitizing procedures.


• Insures all legal/regulatory records of product registration are written.


• Ensure suitable conditions of mixer and tare used before bath processing and tanks conditions before dispatch.

Requirements

• Degree with a Science background.


• 3 - 5 years experience as a chemist in a Cream and Jelly/Cosmetics manufacturing company.


• Attention to details.


• Good communication skills.
