Responsibilities

Supervisory Role:

• Supervise the production team in doing the following;


• Preparation of production and packaging areas for production (using sterile techniques)


• Preparing materials for production


• Packaging/wrapping/labelling finished products


• Post-production clean up, including tools and surface/floor cleaning


• Inventory counting and recording


• Organizing and storage of raw materials.


• Correct labelling of products, ingredients, and other materials

Direct duties include:

• Receive raw materials and catalogue them properly


• Follow SOPs for different production rounds


• Quality Control inspection for finished goods


• Assignment of batch codes for each production batch based on batch formulation documents


• Organize daily and weekly tasks according to Production Schedule.


• Follow basic data entry procedures on a computer using Microsoft Excel and Word


• Communicate with the team using Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 4 years of work experience.
