Job Description
Expectation
Driver’s Training:
- Identify, evaluate and deliver formal Learning for drivers (Videos, Classroom, Practical testing, Road signs and Vehicle part trainings)
- Effectiveness of training to be evaluated through tracking & review of pass/fail grading
- Assess and mark course work including progressive tests in both theory and practical aspects for drivers as appropriate
- Be responsible for the preparation, plan, and full cycle of training of the drivers both onsite, offsite and field training
- Mark, assess and give constructive feedback on driver’s training program
- Responsible for the serviceability and maintenance of equipment under your control including where appropriate the development and maintenance of training aids
Support Staff Training:
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of staff
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Deliver training courses
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour;
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any change.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools inemployee development.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc / HND qualification.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years experience.
- With Strong Driving Skills
