Expectation

Driver’s Training:

• Identify, evaluate and deliver formal Learning for drivers (Videos, Classroom, Practical testing, Road signs and Vehicle part trainings)


• Effectiveness of training to be evaluated through tracking & review of pass/fail grading


• Assess and mark course work including progressive tests in both theory and practical aspects for drivers as appropriate


• Be responsible for the preparation, plan, and full cycle of training of the drivers both onsite, offsite and field training


• Mark, assess and give constructive feedback on driver’s training program


• Responsible for the serviceability and maintenance of equipment under your control including where appropriate the development and maintenance of training aids

Support Staff Training:

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of staff


• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path


• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans


• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals


• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results


• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions


• Deliver training courses


• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour;


• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any change.


• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools inemployee development.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc / HND qualification.


• Experience: 3 - 5 years experience.
