- The recovery manager is a Head of Recovery unit. She/he deals with collections of all loans above 90 days and recovery of overdue assets above 90 days of Winock Ltd.
- She/he shall be responsible for management and supervision of the entire process of recovering delinquent assets which includes but not limited to recovering the overdue credit facility extended to borrowers in individual and group loan categories.
- The recovery manager takes an active role in the recovery leadership team and ensure that any management information they produce is accurate, relevant and to the required timeline.
- To develop skillsets in recovery so as to achieve targeted recovery action to meet KPIs assigned.
- Lead and coach recovery officers and related parties to improve their skills and knowledge towards achieving set loan recovery targets.
- Implementing new strategies and tactics to improve collections and recovery performance, training and coaching staff to improve performance.
- Ensure efficient performance of the recovery unit.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to organisation’s financial performance.
- Monitor and report on arrangements made with late payers/debtors for outstanding debts to ensure collection.
- Ability to successfully conduct assets seizure independently
- Ensure proper documentation of the seized item and immediate storage of the same.
- Conduct Portfolio segment analysis to identify and analyze portfolio to determine root causes of default and propose the best method of recovery of the loan.
- Look for innovative ways to get loan repayment other than restructuring, refinancing and write-offs.
- To work closely with legal department and make follow up of all court cases arise from collections and recovery processes to provide feedback and update to the executive management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a First Degree with relevant work experience.

- Excellent communications skills to include verbal and written.
- Must work well in a team environment.
