We are seeking for an experienced Head of Operations with courier logistics experience for immediate employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain and overall delivery of consignments across the country.


• Create an innovative growth strategy for the company.


• Fleet management in order to meet the desired TAT


• Service hub expansion and growth.


• In charge of promoting the company's courier services.


• Liaise with the technical team to ensure proper vehicle maintenance and scheduling for improved performance.


• Redesign terminal processes to improve operational efficiency while staying within budget.


• plan the sales strategy and ensure that corporate patronage increases


• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the operational activities are completed efficiently.


• Coordination with the human resources team to attract and retain skilled talent.


• Inventory Control


• Ensure that all company policies are followed


• Encourage internal communication within the organization in order to resolve operational issues on time.

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc/HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in the logistics Industry


• The preferred candidate should be knowledgeable about courier logistics and passenger transportation.
