Who are we looking for?
Our client is looking for a full-time Office Assistant who will, among other things, manage the reception, organise the office infrastructure, and help with event and travel logistics. The ideal individual is a highly motivated self-starter, communicative, well-structured and eager to take on new challenges.
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
- Manage the reception
- Organise the office calendar
- Organise the maintenance and running of office infrastructure, incl. of office vehicle
- Organise procurement by preparing quotations, managing delivery etc.
- Manage event and travel logistics
- Act as the IT interface to Head Office
- Manage administrative tasks at organisational level, such as residence permits and visas
What are some of the mandatory requirements?
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- At least one year of experience in a related position
- Good knowledge of procurement processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly motivated, pro-active individual
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work within a diverse and multi-cultural setting
