A vacancy for the position of a Lead Marketing Officer exists in a top real estate development company with the following prerequisites:

• Work experience as Head of Marketing in a real estate company.


• Target driven individual; ability to meet set targets.


• Experience running successful marketing campaigns


• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords


• Experience with CRM software


• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals


• Analytical mind


• First degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing (minimum of 2 years as Team Lead)


• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Good analytical/critical thinking


• Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
