Job Description



This position is for an experinced business developer with strong experince in building and construction industry. He or she is expected to bring clients and develop existing customer base.


Requirements:



  • Establish contact and develop relationship with prospect

  • Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy

  • Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community

  • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project

  • Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements

  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals

  • Close sales within the assigned segment of operations

  • Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information

  • Maintain acceptable profit margins

  • Follow up on all outstanding Request For Proposal and estimates with clients

  • Acheive the set monthly targets

  • Contribute ideas to marketting campaigns

  • Build awareness about the company's brand


Skills:



  • Experienced in building and costruction

  • Background in marketting related courses

  • Strong communication skills

  • Commercially minded

  • High level of creativity 

  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
