Responsibilities & Skills

• Plan, control and monitor furniture production while respecting quality standards of production;


• Engaging team members and maintain a favorable working atmosphere to the achieve production objectives;


• Candidates should possess Technical know-how in carpentry & Joinery, candidate must have at least 5 years cognate experience gained working in reputable furniture companies in the production and Installation of kitchens, wardrobes, doors & frames, entertainment units, partitioning, etc.


• Candidate must also possess a good understanding of managing men and materials and demonstrate a high level of Integrity.


• Ability to coordinate several teams such as tailoring team,Skeletal dept,Sandpaper dept.,Machinists etc for complete production of different furniture.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years experience as a supervisor/managerial level.


• OND/HND/BSc in any related field


• Able to communicate fluently in English


• Possess strong managerial skills


• Emotionally balanced and with a good temperament


• Must be ready to relocate to Asaba and available to resume in two weeks' time.


• Accomodaion is available.

Salary range 200k-220k,plus HMO & Pension
