Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the admin officers, support staff and security team.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new equipment with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee flight and accommodation for employees and guests on official assignments.
- Monitor costs and expenses and prepare monthly/weekly expense budget for the admin department.
- Ensure adequate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Raise invoices, billings, and other necessary documents for the company.
- Liaise with all department managers for smooth running of the company.
- Ensure that all electrical, plumbing, air conditioners in offices and residence and other issues are addressed without delay.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external partners.
- Provide support to senior management as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of Business Administration or IT-related field is advantageous
- 5-7 years of proven experience working in an ISP or related industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work experience in rapid-scale environments, with a large number of field staff.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the ISP industry and related regulations
- The ability to multitask.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
