Job Description



The main responsibilities of the role include:



  • Manage the front desk as an important touch point for the organisation.

  • Provide adequate brand representation as the first face of the organisation to all guests visiting the office.

  • Maintain records of all correspondences and visits to the office.

  • Receive enquiries on behalf of the organisation and direct such to appropriate personnel for correct responses.

  • Receive walk-in clients, provide them the needed support and guidance to access the company’s products and services.

  • Manage regular communication with clients and customers.


Required qualifications, skills and experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree or HND from a duly recognised higher institution.

  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years post-NYSC in a similar front desk/customer relationship role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent personal relationship skills.
