Job Description
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, minimum of 2.2
- Full or partially-qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience
- Competence in recognizing transactions on accounting software (preferably Xero) in line with relevant standards
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, and periodicals and manage external audits from start to finish
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
