Job Description
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage correspondences between the Academy and various stakeholders such as sponsors, government agencies, training facilitators, students and others.
- Maintain records of daily activities of the Academy, including facilitators and students’ attendance.
- Serve as custodian of Academy assets, tools, materials, and records.
- Provide all necessary administrative service for the Academy.
- Prepare reports, and all communication documents required by the Academy.
Required qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND from a duly recognised higher institution.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years post-NYSC in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent personal relationship skills.
