- Welcome/greet customers politely;
- Keep up to date with product information;
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects;
- Work closely with salespeople and other internal team members to meet individual and group sales targets;
- Identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls and provide existing customers with exceptional support;
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Keep up to date with inventory and ensure to send out of stock list daily;
- Manage point-of-sale processes;
- Utilize digital marketing to enhance brand and product awareness and create sales;
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction;
- Identify business opportunities and challenges;
- Compile report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually);
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Female;
- Passionate about sales;
- 1-3 years sales representative experience;
- Presentable appearance, with a good sense of personal hygiene and style.
Education and Experience
- Must be a BSc / HND graduate;
- Must have 2-4 years of working experience;
- Experience in skin care marketing will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good communication skills (proper English grammar is a must);
- Outgoing and possess interpersonal abilities;
- Good customer relations skill;
- A team player;
- Technology savvy;
- Attention to details;
- Good relationship management;
- Creative & a problem solver;
