Ideating and strategizing 360-degree marketing campaigns for Edukoya
Lead a team to develop, standardize and localize content growth methodologies, KPIs and best practices to help and accelerate category teams' work to drive content diversification, growth and consistency. Cultivate content marketing strategies across facebook, tiktok, google targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness
Writing engaging and persuasive marketing copy for our users – as appropriate – that stays on-brand but helps them to understand the value proposition behind a product
Creating content with the objective of driving awareness and adoption of Edukoya products
Talking to our customers, coordinating surveys or taking any other steps you feel necessary to understand what matters to them so we can make sure our marketing is pitched against the right pain points
Experimenting with the use of copy, imagery, emails and other mediums to market the product most effectively
Working with designers to create excellent landing pages which meet qualitative and data-driven goals, such as uplifting conversion rate
Create viral and organic reach for the content via innovative social and PR campaigns for digital & social mediums
Support the brand with high quality, timely marketing inputs and implement tactical plans / programs to maximize the value of the brands through launch, growth & other phases
Understanding social media & performance marketing analytics and generating insights out of the same.
Management & leveraging social media & online reputation management of the brand
Experience in managing & leveraging on existing partnerships with strategic business partners
Ensure brand voice consistency across all content assets.
Develop and execute content strategies specific to the growth of Edukoya’s products
Coordinate with Design & Tech teams for delivery of all online and offline marketing collaterals based on the messaging/content for each of these campaigns
Drive experiments to decrease cost per lead, increase open rates and other associated KPIs. It would be a great advantage if the person has a broader understanding of Performance Marketing and SEO as well
Experience and Skills
Experienced in marketing /content / user strategy and operations and preferably focused on consumers and a major plus if in the tech industry
University Degree with 5 years of work experience in (relevant industries and business environments)
Minimum 4 years of experience dealing with digital assets
Experience in creating well thought out strategy decks and program documentation
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, influencing and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
Experience creating and editing digital content for target audiences across all multimedia and social platforms
Experience with data analyses and insights, e.g. ROI analyses on a digital platform
Direct experience creating short form video content
Strong presentation skills
Proficient in content planning
