Responsibilities



  • Promoting the company’s services using various marketing methods

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities (including new markets, trends, partnerships) or new ways of reaching existing markets

  • Communicating new product/services developments to existing and prospective clients

  • Overseeing the development of marketing strategies

  • Generating leads and monitoring cold calls to prospective clients

  • Fostering and developing long-term relationships with clients

  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients

  • Preparing status reports on marketing goals to the management

  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields

  • 1-3 years experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager or a similar role in the travel industry

  • MUST have experience working with top travel agencies

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience using MS Office and CRM softwares for customer/partnership engagement

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills

  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent time-management and planning skills.
