Job Description



Main Duties



  • To manage shift operations maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

  • To assist in the overall management of the restaurant to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.

  • To act as second-in-command and in partnership with the Restaurant Manager, to provide direction to both staff and management teams.

  • Check that daily paperwork is being completed correctly by staff.

  • Carry out Retail Audits on own shifts.

  • Complete daily , weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks.

  • Ensure compliance to portion sizes and waste targets.

  • Skill Trainers


Recruitment Criteria



  • Qualified Candidate must possess OND or B.Sc or HND or Certificate in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.

  • Interested Candidates must be 25 years & above.

  • 1-2 years experience as a manager in a Quick Service Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.

  • Required to work Early, Late or Night Shift.

  • Only Candidates living close to the restaurant location should apply

  • Candidates will work any 6 days out of 7 days in a week.
