Job Description
Location: Chevron - Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Supervising the building cleaners and ensure that all office spaces and toilets are clean on 3rd floor in a timely manner.
- Keeping the office areas and toilets clean by periodic mopping and cleaning of the toilet areas
- Ensure water is always running in the restroom areas and report plumbing issues when necessary
- Maintenance of plants/pots
- Managing the kitchenette by keeping it clean
- Turning off of power switch after work
- Locking the office after work.
- Maintenance of the store
- Turning on the printer every morning
- Restrooms management- periodic putting of tissue papers/ handwash 3 times daily
- Ensuring the lavatories are cleaned and smell nice-ensure there are air fresheners in the restroom areas
- Managing filing system of the office- check for files, printing papers, envelops.
- Recording information as needed- procurements/inventory
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required for events
- Coordinating events as necessary- raise requisition, contact vendors
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Management and procurement of water dispensers
- And every other assigned task.
Requirements
- S.S.C.E / G.C.E. / N.E.C.O. qualification with relevant work experience.
