Ideal candidates for this position will have competencies in the research & development of power training courses as well as, the ability to research and design power training proposals & programmes, across the power value chain, Generation, Transmission & Distribution.
He/she should also be capable of facilitating power training programmes, impacting knowledge to course participants.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have qualifications in Electrical / Power Engineering, at post graduate level with not less than 10years hands–on experience, working with the power training/consulting institution, transmission department of a power company assisted by any of the relevant qualifications of the National Power Transmission Institute (NAPTIN).
Candidates with some business development experience will be particularly suitable for this position.
