Job Specification



  • Professionally welcome all visitors to the office physically and virtually

  • Email/Telephone/WhatsApp etc- responding to enquiries and maintaining contact/follow-up with students as directed

  • Keep all entries in the Database up to date to maintain excel files for follow up of students

  • Input and send applications for students as directed by Advisors and the Branch Manager

  • Assist students with booking SELT tests i.e. Pearson and IELTS

  • Message Board- Stay up to date with new information by reading the notificationss on the Database

  • Assist at any intake organized events and exhibitions

  • Assist with any marketing initiatives and do your best to promote the company.


Requirements

This role requires the candidates to meet the following conditions:



  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

  • Proficient with the use of computer and must be conversant with using basic Microsoft tools

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Male candidates are preferred

  • Good attention to details

  • Be able to work under minimal supervision

  • Be a great team player

  • Intelligent, passionate and eloquent.
