Job Specification
- Professionally welcome all visitors to the office physically and virtually
- Email/Telephone/WhatsApp etc- responding to enquiries and maintaining contact/follow-up with students as directed
- Keep all entries in the Database up to date to maintain excel files for follow up of students
- Input and send applications for students as directed by Advisors and the Branch Manager
- Assist students with booking SELT tests i.e. Pearson and IELTS
- Message Board- Stay up to date with new information by reading the notificationss on the Database
- Assist at any intake organized events and exhibitions
- Assist with any marketing initiatives and do your best to promote the company.
Requirements
This role requires the candidates to meet the following conditions:
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proficient with the use of computer and must be conversant with using basic Microsoft tools
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Male candidates are preferred
- Good attention to details
- Be able to work under minimal supervision
- Be a great team player
- Intelligent, passionate and eloquent.
