Support team members across various functional roles including recruitment, training, communications, community relations, business development, and finance.
Perform administrative duties (i.e data entry, phone calls, scheduling appointments), writing memos, conducting research, and writing minutes.
Shadow team members at training programs and events.
Prioritize activities for the team's best interest when working on joint projects.
Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able or escalate the request to a senior team member.
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
Generate new leads, conduct client prospecting, and book meetings/appointments with new clients.
