Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic leadership to the hospital.


• Ensures favorable staff working environment within approved budget and needs.


• Responsible for delivering the best quality of patient care.


• Setting an following standards for operational excellence


• Implement clinical procedure and policy.


• Safeguard required compliance with state and federal regulations as well as hospital policies.


• Develop a relationship with outside organizations, including the medical community, referring physicians, and the media.

Requirements:

• M.Sc./Ph.D./MBBS.


• 10-25 years of relevant work experience.


• Must be a non-Nigerian but preferably African.
