Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies for operational efficiency.
Representing the business as an ambassador at business meetings, workshops, and seminars as required by Management.
Monitors google reviews as well as the website performance, ensuring price integrity etc.
Ensures smooth relationships and effective vendor management.
Develop processes and procedures regarding the marketing activities of the business for a seamless sales and marketing journey.
Overseeing marketing campaigns (branding, advertising, promotions) to increase brand awareness and market share through launching innovative products and services.
Hiring and managing the performance of the sales executives, graphic designers, social media manager, and digital marketer.
Oversee E-Commerce staffs in customer service management in online/offline services.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
Looking after the marketing department's budget and ensuring the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as flyers, websites, and brochures.
Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals where required
Requirements
M.Sc./MBA Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as a business development manager.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
Effective persuasive and negotiation skills
