Providing the Branch Manager with the collection report on periodical/non periodical basis as may be required.
Ensuring general compliance of branch office with all company policies, procedures & directives as per the renewal, credit control, returns rendering policies and any other as may be required from time to time.
Processing of documents/request received from the branch offices and ensuring that service is delivered to the branches within the company’s turnaround policy.
Liaising with Branch Operations Department and or Finance and Accounts Department to ensure that all outstanding bills relating to Branch office are paid timely.
Track receivables and ensure effective collection of premiums from insured/clients
Ensure accuracy and reliability of various reports.
To ensure official receipt is issued for every payment of premium received.
Ensure the lodgment of all premiums received.
Any other responsibility assigned by the Branch Manager.
Ensure adequate and uninterrupted supply of public utilities such as electricity, water e.t.c in the office premises.
Ensure adequate maintenance of all company vehicles and Drivers
Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies on behalf of the Company for settlement of levies, fees and bills chargeable
Routine inspection of infrastructures and premises to ensure that they are kept clean and also daily confirmation that branch office equipment,, furniture, lightings & fittings are in good order.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 6 - 7 years work experience.
