Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of all business units and all staff that work there.


• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies alongside other key staff in order to deliver the company’s goals and objectives.


• Generate new leads and clients for the company.


• Perform other general administrative tasks as may be required by the MD.


• Carry out performance appraisal for all staff with heads of department.


• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities.


• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline


• Minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in similar position.


• Leadership skill with the ability to set and prioritize goals


• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude


• Analytical and Tech savvy


• Ability to navigate google workspace.


• Knowledge of inventory management


• Knowledge of medical technology is an advantage.
