Job Description

• Present, promote and sell products/services using e-commerce platforms to existing and prospective customers


• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need


• Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities


• Track and document calls and sales


• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule


• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or of related field


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills


• Proven work experience as an e-commerce Sales Representative


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages


• Technical knowledge in the following fields: E-Commerce platforms, online payments, graphics design and product photography.


• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
