Undertakes Business development /source for new clients
Packages proposals to clients and prospects
Gets briefs from clients and interprets them correctly to the team.
Liaise with various departments/units to ensure that clients’ requirements are executed based on clients’ expectations or beyond.
Coordinate the execution of client’s briefs in the company and presentations to client
Write contact reports and send them to clients to capture the agreements at every meeting.
Manage clients’ brands in terms of marketing communications requirement
Carry outcustomer surveys including customer satisfaction surveys, market surveys, and competitive analysis
Coordinate events, brand activation, and trade promotions.
Package and Implement media proposals, media buying, and PR functions
Requirements
At BA or BSC in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or any discipline with at least 3 years cognate experience in the same position at a recognized Marketing Communications or Brand Management Agency.
Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially word, PowerPoint, and excel
Membership of one or more professional associations such as APCON, NIPR, IBMN, NIMN, NIM, etc.
Skills:
Have at least a working knowledge of client business and provide first–level advice to clients in the area of Marketing Communications
