• Managing the production team


• Managing the production schedule and budget


• Making sure that the production runs to schedule, and reporting to the producer on progress


• Dealing with any problems that may occur


• Making sure that insurance, health and safety rules, copyright laws and union agreements are followed


• Content development and creation for the brand


• Create partnership with brands


• Drive sales and maintain new and existing clients


• Responsible for all production


• Book spaces needed by clients.


• Ensure that the equipment is in working order before and after use.


• Liaise with engineers that may be needed for clients' projects


• Create attractive and effective marketing campaigns for the studio.


• Prepare invoices for clients.


• Managing the co-working space


• Managing the entire space and all activities

Requirements

• Prior experience in the industry.


• A bachelor's degree in a related field.


• Excellent time management and organization skills.


• Great interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency with the studio equipment.


• Excellent knowledge of industry-related software.

• Have the knowledge of production and all equipment
